Welcome to Wabi-Sabi Yoga & Wellness Center!

Wabi-Sabi Yoga and Wellness Center is centrally located in Windsor Locks, CT.  Wabi-Sabi provides services to the communities of Windsor Locks, Windsor, Suffield, Enfield, East Granby and Granby. We offer a variety of  classes consisting of yoga, Pilates, barre and strength training. In addition to our group classes, we also offer private sessions in yoga, mediation, Reiki, Thai Yoga therapy, Swedish massage and personal training.

We are proud to add SomaVeda Thai Yoga Therapy to our studio!

This prayerful and thoughtful religious therapeutic and meditation attunes powerful energies and petitions the sacred and symbolic metaphors of spiritual process and role models that provide the basis for all further communication and expression of Promiiwihan Sii (Love, Compassion, Joy, and Equanimity).

Traditional Thai Yoga: Indigenous Traditional Thai Yoga (also known as Indigenous Traditional Thai Massage: “Thai Massage: slang”), including specific styles such as SomaVeda® are traditional indigenous systems of movement education, dancing meditation, and therapy, movement re-patterning; all of the applications of traditional Puja, Asana, Flows, Techniques, Prana Yama, Meditations, and movements, designed to affect the Spirit, Mind, and Body, emotions and human energy field in one way or another.

Our sacred healing tools (Religious Therapeutic), apothecary, and or medicine chest include evolving practices maintaining
and supporting wellness, health, and integration of spirit in mind, body, and spirit. Our sacred tools are energy, attention, consciousness, breath, and spirit as given to us by mother earth.


Labor Day Free Meditation, Pranayama & Restorative Yoga Class! 9/4/23 at 9am!

Come and join us for this gentle class designed to relax, restore, and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. Feel free to bring blankets, pillows and any other props from home to ensure comfort and relaxation. This is a donation-based class. All are welcome.
