Beginner's 6 week Yoga Series from 3/6/23-4/10/23 Monday's at 6pm!
Whether you are brand new to yoga or whether you want to revisit the basics, this is the class for you. Over this six week session we will cover the essential standing poses, gentle backbends and forward folds, sun salutations and variations. Learn how to practice safely and in the best way for your body. We will offer variations suitable for all levels of fitness and an introduction to the philosophy of yoga.
We will practice seated, supine and prone and standing postures.
Gratitude Yoga begins 3/5/23 Sunday's at 10:30am!
This gentle, mindful class includes an opening meditation, breath work, postures, and a final relaxation. It is appropriate for beginners and those with yoga experience. Its intent is to assist the body and mind to release physical restriction and stress in order to open the heart to gratitude and the healing powers of yoga.Register Here!
